Lofoten is a wild and beautiful archipelago that stretches far out into the Norwegian Sea. Its sharp peaks, pristine white beaches, and narrow fjords leave a lasting impression on everyone who visits. On this journey, you’ll experience Lofoten’s most iconic landscapes—from dramatic mountains to tranquil anchorages and open sea crossings.
A sailboat is the ultimate way to explore Lofoten. We reach places that landlubbers can only dream of, gliding through narrow straits, past towering mountains, and over turquoise waters with the wind in our sails. Perhaps the skipper will find a hidden beach where we can swim and enjoy a bonfire dinner in the evening sun?
Throughout the week, you’ll experience a variety of spectacular adventures: We’ll hike mountain trails, paddle kayaks, surf at Unstad, and try our luck fishing in some of the richest waters in the country—all while learning to sail!
The adventure in Lofoten concludes at the outer edge of the archipelago on Værøy, before we prepare to cross the Vestfjord to Bodø. Once we arrive, we’ll pack up, say our goodbyes—or maybe just “see you later”? After a week of sailing, nature experiences, and shared adventures, chances are you’ll be heading home with new friends and memories for a lifetime!
