Drones that weigh under 250 grams or are C1 marked (e.g., Mavic 3) can fly close to people. Read about the rules that apply to drones under 250 grams <a href=\"https:\/\/luftfartstilsynet.no\/en\/drones\/faq---drones---all\/new-eu-regulations\/which-rules-apply-for-drones-that-weigh-less-than-250-grams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/avinor.no\/Error\/NotFound?aspxerrorpath=\/globalassets\/_microsite\/ais-portal\/aic\/en_circ_2020_a_009_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NOTAM<\/a> is only for BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) flights after obtaining permission from the Civil Aviation Authority. This should not be used by private individuals. However, it is very helpful if you check NOTAM before you fly, to see if other air traffic is using the area or if there are any local temporary restrictions. (Military facility)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-use-of-drones-are-prohibited-in-conservation-areas\">Use of drones are prohibited in conservation areas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All bird and animal life is protected against disturbance wherever.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, droneplay may also disturb other outdoor enthusiasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In many conservation areas and in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/visitlofoten.com\/en\/flakstad\/lofotodden-nasjonalpark\">Lofotodden national park<\/a>, drone use is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The County governor has made an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/288147803\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">information film<\/a>&nbsp;about use of
